Shipping

We send all orders directly to you based on the delivery options you have chosen. We currently use delivery services provided by Worldwide Parcel Services (for screenprints) & Royal Mail (for merch & digital prints).

MERCH & DIGITAL PRINTS

All items will be dispatched within 5 business days. The following timescales have been provided by the Royal Mail. Please note we are unable to guarantee these delivery times:

UK

  • First Class – 1-2 business days
  • Tracked – 1 business day

Europe

  • Standard – 5-10 business days
  • Tracked – 5-7 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard – 7-10 business days
  • Tracked – 5-7 business days

SCREENPRINTS

Each screenprint is carefully hand-rolled in wrapping paper and shipped in a wide cardboard tube. Accompanying your print is a package containing your UV torch and other printed goodies in a box.

Delivery Times

We aim to process, package and send out orders via recorded delivery within 14 days. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so please contact us if you are up against a deadline. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

The average transit times for our orders are as follows:

  • United Kingdom – 1-2 working days
  • United States, Canada & South America – 5-7 working days
  • Europe – 5-7 working days
  • Rest of World – 5-7 working days

Track My Order

If you would like to keep up to date with delivery times, please email us and we’ll send you your unique tracking number for the Worldwide Parcel Services website. There’s a ‘Track’ button on the top bar which enables you to check the progress of your order.

Other Important Information:

  • Keep an eye out for multiple packages – we send at least one large print tube alongside a smaller torch box with every order.
  • Our courier partners may not be able to call you on arrival so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received and signed for during business hours.
  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
  • All delivery costs in our UK store are charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP) at checkout – any prices quoted in other currencies are based on the FX rate at time of publishing.
  • All orders are shipped from the UK – import duties or taxes may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If you do not pay the applicable duties and taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
  • We’re unable to deliver on public holidays or Sundays, so please allow an extra working day.
  • Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout.

Delays:

Orders may occasionally be delayed or lost. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. This will enable us to get everything back on track. Please bear with us and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters. Your orders help to support our small business.

When ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these charges and unfortunately, we are unable to predict these amounts. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

RETURNS POLICY

Return your order within 30 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame. All items need to be returned in their original packaging (including protective wrapping) and with a completed returns form. If the print is returned in perfect condition, a refund will be granted.

Please note: we will refund the postage of your return as part of our full refund service (but we cannot refund postage for more than one return per customer order).

How to Return

Please include a completed returns form and take the parcel to your nearest drop off point. Make a note of the barcode number on the shipping label so you can track your parcel. Please allow 10 days for the parcel to reach us.

Track My Return (UK customers)

Returns usually take 2 to 5 working days to reach Under the Skin and we then aim to process them within 5 working days of the date of receipt. We recommend using Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery service to track the return of your parcel.

Damaged Goods

If your print had been damaged in transit, please take a photograph of said damage and email us at hello@undertheskin.co.uk, referencing your order number and any relevant postage tracking number.
